The Clefsy app for iPhone and Android and the mobile site: what each does and where to find things.
Press the × on Home’s Get the mobile app card and it is gone for good, on every device you sign in on. Signing in to the Clefsy app on your phone also turns off the card and the app buttons under emails.
On a phone: On the phone: signing in to the Clefsy app turns the app buttons under emails off. There is no app bar on the mobile site.
Yes — the free Clefsy app (App Store or Google Play — the Get the app link takes you straight to it), plus the mobile site on the same account (just open clefsy.com on a phone, no install). Both cover day-to-day work; heavier setup like booking rules, locations and automated emails stays on desktop.
On a computer, Settings is at the bottom of the sidebar.
On a phone: In the app, tap the gear at the top right of any of the five main tabs. The mobile site is the same: the gear at the top right of each main tab opens Settings.
Front desk, other office roles and viewers work on the desktop site, where their role applies screen by screen.
On a phone: The app and the mobile site are for owners, admins, instructors and students, so office staff and viewers see this screen. Tap Open the full site, or ask the owner to make you an admin.
On a computer, All teachers ▾ at the top of Home narrows it to one teacher. On a phone it is on Home, Schedule, Payments and Students too, and in the app on Requests, End of day, Messages, the bell, Events and Reports. Tap ✕ to go back to all.
On a phone: Pick a teacher on Home and whatever you open from it (a tile, the purple card, Needs attention) opens on that teacher. Tapping a tab at the bottom always opens it on All teachers. Under a pick, Expenses and Net are hidden, because an expense isn’t tied to a teacher. Studios with one teacher don’t see the chip.
On a computer, a student’s card → Billing shows their payments. On a phone, open clefsy.com and go to Payments → Paid.
On a phone: Open Payments and tap Paid for this month’s payments. The chips (Card, Cash, Venmo…) total the month by how it was paid, and tapping one lists exactly the payments it counts. In the app the list says Showing 50 of 95 with Show more under it; on the mobile site Payment history at the bottom shows all of them. Tap a payment for its date, method and note.
